  • Are you still accepting orders during lockdown?

    We are, and we would love for you to continue shopping in our store. Our drivers know the importance of staying safe during delivery, so they take an extra precaution — they always use non-contact deliveries. So whether you’re self-isolating or working from home, you can be sure that your precious items are safely delivered to you.


  • What if I need to modify my order?

    If you need to change your order, please contact our sales team. If you are looking to add an item to your order it might be faster to submit a new purchase.

  • What if I need to change my shipping address?

    If you have made a mistake or need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update this with our delivery service.

  • Can I get same day delivery?

    We currently don't offer same-day delivery for our products. Our mainland UK carriers operate a three-day delivery service.
    This may take slightly longer during the current pandemic.

  • Do you deliver to countries outside the UK?

    We are currently only operating a UK service and are unable to send products to countries outside of the United Kingdom. We will let our subscribers know if this changes in the future.


  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We use Stripe - a secure payment processing platform.  This allows us to accept Visa, Master Card and American Express from customers Worldwide. We only deliver to the UK at this time.

  • I haven't received an email about my recent purchase. What do I do?

    Please send us an email from the same email  used to purchase your item. One of our team will get back to you and provide an update on the status of your order.

  • How do I modify my payment method?

    Once your order has been submitted, there is no way to change the payment details provided. Please contact us so we can check the status of your order. Depending on the status, we may be able to cancel the order giving you the chance to re-order.


  • What is your returns policy?

    If you are unhappy with your purchase or your item is damaged, we will be happy to work with you to arrange a refund. Refer to our refund policy for more information.

  • How do I repackage my item for return?

    Please keep and use the packaging your item arrived in. This will speed up the returns process and ensure items are not damaged in transit.

  • How long after purchase can I return?

    We want you to be totally in love with what you purchase, but if you're not, we've got your back. You can return any product within 30 days of receipt — just make sure it's unused and in perfect condition.
