Returns & Refunds

We want you to be pleased with your purchase, however in the event that you are not, you can return things within 30 days of receipt, given the items are returned intact, in amazing condition, unused, and with their original packaging. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us unless you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item. You can contact us and we will arrange collection and deduct the following amounts from your return:

Please repack your item with care. We are not responsible for damage to the item caused by improper packaging.

How long will it take to process my return?

It can take up to five working days to fulfil your request. Once your parcel has been received by our team 

We will confirm to you by email when we have received and processed your refund, assuming you have provided your email address. Please remember it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund for it to appear on your statement.

Damaged or faulty Items 

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the parcel, or within 30 days should the fault develop after receipt. Therefore, please ensure that you check all items against your electronic receipt that was sent to your email address.

We require you to send us a picture of the item prior to any refund or replacement being issued. If you cannot send us pictures of the damage/fault, you will need to return the item to us, at your own expense. We will inspect the item and if our inspection confirms the damage/fault, we will refund your return cost and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Your right to cancel

You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. 

To meet the cancellation deadline, you need to notify us by post or email explaining that you wish to exercise your right to cancel. This should be done within the cancellation period,14 days from receipt of goods, which has expired. 

If the products have already been sent to you or you have already accepted them, you must return them to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate the cancellation of your order to us. You will have to carry the direct cost of returning the products.

If you are exercising your right to change your mind and cancel the agreement, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products and any applicable delivery charges. We will process the refund no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
